Shipping

When you place an order, we can estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, order volume, production time, and the shipping options you choose. The orders are received by different methods such as the website, phone, and email so we place orders in the queue as the deposit is received not when the order was made. This can cause your estimated ship date to vary an amount from the original estimate if there is a delay in placing the order. We cannot guarantee a shipment date for future events.

We can ship to most addresses in the United States and international locations. We can ship around the world with custom arrangements through a 3rd party shipping company. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us with questions.

Many of our items may ship freight and may take special arrangements for the delivery such as unloading surfaces, lift-gate requirements, etc. Freight transport times are between 2-5 business days depending on your location in the US lower 48 states and sourthern Canada.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You can also arrange your own shipping with the freight company. We simply offer and order the freight service as a convenience for our customers and we do not up-charge for this. The prodcuts become the responsibility of the customer once it has been picked up from our location.

Insurance: Freight insurance is available as an option above and beyond the standard freight coverage which is not adequate to cover certain products in most cases. You will be offered this optional covered with the estimate. We automatically quote freight with the insurance included, if you want this removed you will need to notify us. It may have a $500 deductible in some cases. If damage does occur it is important to check it before signing any load and refuse it. If you already signed, it is still possible to file a claim. If the load is damaged and a claim is filed it will take a period of time for the inspections and insurance to refund the money. If there is a total loss, we will move you to the front of the line to build a new set once insurance approves the covered damage.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you want to return or cancel your order there will be a 15% re-stock/ cancellation fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
